Oberon is best known from Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” as husband of Faerie Queene Titania. Oberon appears much earlier in Medieval romances as the King of Faery. An elusive character who is often presented as going away never to return to earthly realms, Oberon is perhaps the best global representation of the Faery King.

Oberon (also spelled Auberon) was first introduced into French literature in the early 1200’s in a French medieval tale or set of tales called Huon of Bordeaux. Huon is a knight who must accomplish a set of impossible tasks to atone for killing the son of Charlemagne. Oberon’s advice and magic is what makes Huon successful in his mission. Oberon is described as being small in size but very handsome. He also has a magic cup, which fills up with whatever wine or food was desired. In Germanic tales, he is Alberich which means “Elf King” so that explains his small stature.

Oberon oil is a very elusive, romantic scent, soft, wistful, and dark. I make it on Sundays in the Waning Moon.

Anoint yourself to attune to these deities, or pour into offering bowls or aromatherapy lamps, or anoint statues or fetish objects. I love to give them to priests or priestesses who run open circles or invoke our patron gods and goddesses.

These oils are in beautiful round 1/2 ounce bottles, blended in 100% fractionated coconut oil, so with any care they should last a very long time. They are priced according to the ingredients requested by the gods.

How to Use

These magick oils are also called ritual oils, anointing oils or condition oils. They can be used to anoint a person, candle, mojo bag, lucky coins, jewelry, amulets, statues, prayer or spell scrolls, or anything that has a connection with the purpose of the oil or the "condition" it is made to address. Use them according to your inspiration, imagination, the instructions in a book, your Spirit Guide, teacher or Angel's recommendations, or how your Grandma taught you.
