Venus (Goddess) Oil

Venus is the Roman equivalent of Aphrodite, and the most current evolution of a long line of love goddesses associated with the planet Venus on back to Inanna in Sumerian times. The Roman Venus is more overtly sexual/romantic deity concerned with matters of the heart, and cultured pleasures and refinements, whereas her earlier incarnations had inclinations to seafaring, warfare and agriculture.

Our Venus oil is sweet, tangy and flirty, and makes an excellent cis-women's fragrance, especially for ladies on the prowl. She is also a party girl when you are dressed to impress, want to dance and have fun! Venus is a patroness of the power of women's friendships and business partnerships, and she rules over matters of pets. She is an avid supporter of the arts, fashion, music, culture, and all the good things in life.

Venus oil is made on the Friday immediately before the Full Moon.
